Cotton Clouds smells of freshly steamed cotton and light air. White tea provides a soft, almost translucent clarity, while green apples add a delicate tartness that keeps the scent alive. Everything feels clean, but never clinical ⎯ more like fabric that still carries warmth.

The feeling is slow and weightless. Like mornings where time hasn't woken up yet and the body moves without resistance. A scented candle in a tin can that slows down the pace without becoming empty, still but with a faint, fresh heartbeat.

Fragrance notes

After an apartment fire, the smell of freshly laundered items took on a new meaning for me. All clothes and textiles that could be saved were cleaned with ozone by a restoration company, which removed the unpleasant smoke smell and replaced the memory of the tragedy with freshness and purity. Later, I wanted to evoke the smell of my mother's air-dried bed linen from the summer cottage. A mix of floral, fresh, and natural.

Top notes:

You are met with fresh notes of green apples and light touches of neroli.

Heart notes:

The heart has a clean and fresh interior with light notes of jasmine, linden blossom, and lilac.

Base notes:

The base has strong hints of cotton, ozonic notes, and with warming musk, you retain the feeling of freshly laundered.

Fresh scents are the epitome of lightness and purity, often inspired by the smell of freshly washed linen, cool breezes, and wide-open windows. This profile avoids heavy and dominant notes in favor of airy accents, light aldehydes, and subtle hints of white musk or soft cotton. Avoid drafts

Candles do not fare well in drafts, so avoid placing your candle by an open window or near a heat source. Also remember to keep candles away from flammable materials.

Let the candle burn

Both the first time and thereafter when you light your candle, the wax should melt all the way to the edge. After that, about 3-5 hours at a time is a suitable duration.
