Our mosquito candle series is made from 100% ECO-CERT sunflower wax and also contains the natural mosquito repellent Citrepel®. This ECO-certified repellent contains a high concentration of PMD (para-menthane-3,8-diol). This is the active substance that keeps mosquitoes away and is the natural alternative to the chemical DEET (diethyltoluamide) often found in other mosquito repellents.
