(LIA) International Account Manager ⎯ Remoair

Location: Alnarp / hybrid
Scope: Full-time
Reports to: Founder / Creative Director

About the Role

As an International Account Manager at Remoair, you play a central role in building our international ecosystem. You are responsible for developing long-term collaborations with retailers and distributors in selected markets ⎯ always with a focus on quality, brand integrity, and sustainable growth.

This is not a traditional sales role. It's a combination of business development, relationships, and brand responsibility. You work closely with us in the studio and are an extension of Remoair's voice internationally.


Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and nurture international collaborations with retailers, distributors, and B2B partners
• Identify new markets and business opportunities in line with Remoair's long-term strategy
• Be the main point of contact for international partners and ensure close, transparent collaboration
• Responsible for price lists, margins, campaign setups, and commercial terms per market
• Work with assortment strategy and market adaptation in dialogue with partners and the internal team
• Coordinate launches, news, and collections internationally
• Participate in coordinating logistics, export flows, order placement, and forecasts together with internal functions
• Ensure that Remoair is presented correctly and consistently in all international contexts
• Participate in international client visits, trade fairs, and marketing activities as needed

(LIA) E-commerce Manager ⎯ Remoair

Location: Alnarp / hybrid
Scope: Full-time
Reports to: Founder / Creative Director

About the Role

As an E-commerce Manager at Remoair, you have overall responsibility for our online store and customer journey. You work both strategically and operationally to develop sales, experience, and long-term customer relationships ⎯ always with the brand, feeling, and craftsmanship in focus.

This is a role for those who understand that e-commerce is not just about conversion, but about trust, pace, and experience. You are the hub between technology, content, business, and customer. We work exclusively according to a campaign plan and a visual branding guide.


Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Remoair's e-commerce
• Optimize the customer journey ⎯ from the first visit to repeat customer
• Work with conversion, structure, navigation, and content
• Responsible for product presentations ⎯ texts, images, structure, and storytelling
• Coordinate launches, campaigns, and collections in the webshop
• Work with pricing, bundles, offers, and merchandising
• Follow up on sales, behavior, and key metrics ⎯ and translate insights into improvements
• Collaborate on SEO, content, and email marketing
• Ensure that the webshop reflects Remoair's visual and emotional expression
• Work closely with customer service to capture feedback and improve the experience
• Test, adjust, and develop ⎯ continuously

(LIA) Social Media Manager ⎯ Remoair

Location: Alnarp / hybrid
Scope: Full-time / part-time
Reports to: Founder / Creative Director

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at Remoair, you are responsible for how we appear, sound, and feel across our social channels. You create content that builds relationships, trust, and curiosity ⎯ rather than quick trends or loud marketing.

The role is as much about storytelling and community as it is about structure and planning. You are close to the brand, close to the process, and close to our followers.


Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on Remoair's social channels (primarily Instagram, but also Pinterest and other relevant platforms)
• Develop a cohesive visual and communicative expression in line with Remoair's tone and values
• Work with storytelling around scent, craftsmanship, process, and daily life in the studio
• Create content in various formats ⎯ reels, stills, text, stories
• Responsible for content calendar and publishing structure
• Build and nurture community through dialogue, comments, and DMs
• Collaborate with e-commerce and launches ⎯ without the account becoming sales-driven
• Follow up on engagement, reach, and content quality over time
• Identify creative opportunities, collaborations, and new formats
• Ensure all content feels authentic, well-crafted, and Remoair
