Ambience has a soft scent of small citrus fruits without being bitter. Italian bergamot and mandarin linger like a bright mist in the air, rounded and warm, while cedarwood provides stability. Tonka softens the overall impression, leaving a subtle warmth that feels natural rather than sweet.

Fragrance notes

The scent itself takes its inspiration from my Grandma Astrid, who was a pro at finding the best small citrus fruits in the store. When you ate a clementine at home it was always sour, but at Grandma's they were aromatic and sweet.

Top notes:

You are greeted by slightly refreshing notes from bergamot, apples and splashes of pomelo.

Heart notes:

The heart has a complex tone of amber, dry notes of patchouli and cedar.

Base notes:

The notes of musk, jasmine and sandalwood balance and help focus the top notes.

Avoid drafts

Candles do not fare well in drafts, so avoid placing your candle by an open window or near a heat source. Also remember to keep candles away from flammable materials.

Let the candle burn

Both the first time and thereafter when you light your candle, the wax should melt all the way to the edge. After that, about 3-5 hours at a time is a suitable duration.
