The smell of lemongrass and eucalyptus gives us humans a sense of freshness, but for the mosquito it is a pers. The scent is mild and acidic and gives a refreshing feeling that is well suited to be in the background on a warm and pleasant summer evening.
Our range of mosquito candles are made from 5% recycled wax from our candle production and also contain the natural mosquito repellent Citrepel®. An ECO-certified mosquito repellent that contains a high level of PMD ( para-menthane-3,8-diol). It is the active substance that keeps mosquitoes away and is the natural alternative to the chemical poison DEET (diethyltoluamide) that is often found in mosquito repellents.

Take care of your light
Avoid drafts
Candles do not fare well in drafts, so avoid placing your candle by an open window or near a heat source. Also remember to keep candles away from flammable materials.
Let the candle burn
Both the first time and thereafter when you light your candle, the wax should melt all the way to the edge. After that, about 3-5 hours at a time is a suitable duration.
Re-light
When your candle has burned down, you can refill it with our award-winning refill, or why not try a new scent.
