The Tomato scented candle smells of green tomatoes that have just been warmed by the sun. The green, slightly sour tomato note is clear and vibrant, balanced by fresh basil, tarragon, and a soft floral hint of geranium that keeps the scent in check.

This is the scent of hot summer days in the greenhouse. Damp soil, leaves touching the skin, the air still but vibrating with heat. Tomato is green, aromatic, and unexpectedly sensual. A scented candle that feels raw, alive, and uncompromising ⎯ just like summer at its most intense.

Fragrance notes

Tomatoes, olive oil and bread were often on the menu when it came to snacks. The distinctive aroma from the green branches of tomatoes lingers for a long time and in adulthood the scent immediately makes one think of all the warm days in a beautiful Mediterranean with the family.

Top notes:

A unique scent that starts with sour notes of lemongrass and and basil. Something feels familiar.

Heart notes:

In the heart, you are met with clear notes of tomato vines and a subtle hint of pepper.

The base is built on green undertones and notes of geranium.

Avoid drafts

Candles do not fare well in drafts, so avoid placing your candle by an open window or near a heat source. Also remember to keep candles away from flammable materials.

Let the candle burn

Both the first time and thereafter when you light your candle, the wax should melt all the way to the edge. After that, about 3-5 hours at a time is a suitable duration.
